About exemptions for Trusts (Inami and Special Tenure Abolition Branch)

Documents to be submitted along with Sample Form No. 7 Application:

1) Certified copy of last year’s exemption certificate and an extract from the land register for each plot of land in the schedule.

2) Audited financial statement and certificate for the year for which exemption is sought, verified by a chartered accountant.

3) Certified copy of the registration certificate from the Hon. Commissioner of Endowments. The complete application mentioned above must be submitted as per the rules by 31st July every year.
